Dr. Gaur served as Associate Professor & Dean of Student Affairs at Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. He taught subjects such as Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. He was responsible for media and PR, organizing workshops, quizzes, and seminars, and delivering sessions on personal branding. He notably organized the mega quiz show "Kaun Banega Accuratian-2013" and worked on launching the bi-annual journal "Accurate Business Review."
