Dr. Ripudaman Gaur was invited as an International Speaker to deliver a talk on "Intangling Digital Literacy in Higher Education." The summit provided a platform for sharing insights and strategies to enhance digital literacy among students, aiming to prepare them for future academic and professional challenges.

Dr. Gaur conducted a "Soft Skills for Success" training session during a Staff Development Program, which was jointly organized by AKTU Lucknow and AICTE New Delhi. The session focused on enhancing essential soft skills among the staff to improve their professional effectiveness and interpersonal interactions.

Dr. Gaur delivered an engaging session on "Personal Branding for Branding India" for the 55th batch of IPS/DANICS at the Directorate of Training, Government of India, New Delhi. This session highlighted the importance of personal branding in enhancing the country's image and the individual’s professional standing.

He conducted a special session on "Leadership Strategies for Women in Banking" targeted at senior women executives of Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). This event aimed to empower women leaders in the banking sector with strategic leadership skills and insights.

As an expert panellist, Dr. Gaur contributed to the National Management Olympiad-2020, where he shared his expertise and insights on various management topics. This event was designed to challenge and inspire management students through competitive and interactive sessions.

Dr. Gaur conducted a two-day workshop on "Leveraging Your Personal Brand" at Sikkim Central University. The workshop provided students with practical strategies and tools to build and enhance their personal brand for better career opportunities.

At Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Dr. Gaur organized and hosted the mega quiz show KAUN BANEGA ACCURATIAN-2013. The event was a series of business quizzes aimed at enhancing students' knowledge and was broadcasted in UP & Bihar by ETV, with Mr. Boman Irani as a special guest.

While at Mangalayatan University, Dr. Gaur organized a debate competition on the provocative topic “Women are the Biggest Enemy of Women.” The event stimulated intense discussion and critical thinking among students regarding gender issues and societal roles.

Dr. Gaur organized a talk show at Mangalayatan University on “Inflation: Responsible Kaun,” which was covered and telecasted by Z-News. This event brought attention to the complex issue of inflation and engaged students and the community in meaningful dialogue
