At GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Dr. Gaur held multiple roles, most recently as Professor & Chairperson (Outreach). His responsibilities included teaching and training management graduates, representing the institution at national and international platforms, and managing media relations. He was instrumental in conducting panel talks, conferences, and award shows, as well as developing institutional branding and admissions strategies. Notably, he was invited as an international speaker to the World Education Summit-23 in Malaysia and delivered several high-impact training sessions and workshops on personal branding and soft skills.
