During his tenure as a Lecturer and Training and Placement In-Charge at Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, Dr. Gaur taught Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Consumer Behavior. He organized numerous events, including debate competitions and talk shows, and implemented SOPs for training and placement programs. He also served as the convener of the R&D cell and designed syllabi for MBA and BBA programs, further enhancing the university's academic offerings.
